Details on our waste conveyors For the removal of trim waste from 3 knife
trimmers on perfect binders, saddle stitchers and guillotines. Can be
used with trimmers from Muller Martini & Heidelberg, Our waste
conveyors are the simplest and most cost effective way to remove trim
waste. Quite and simply to use leaves operators free to concentrate on
production Waste is collected from the bottom of the 3 knife trimmer
and transferred on to the flighted belt. The side apron prevents waste
from falling of the side the waste is then transferred at 40 degrees
up the conveyor were it is dropped into the bin.

conveyor will drop into bins 1450mm and less. Custom conveyors can be
built to order. (Muller Martini Prima and Bravo will require tray
extension (supplied) The conveyor is constructed from welded Stainless
