Rosback TS30 – Truescore Pro Kit 30mm shaft

The Rosback TrueScore Pro 30mm Kit is designed to eliminate cracking on digitally printed, coated and laminated stocks. By creating a deep, controlled score before folding, the system produces cleaner folds, improved product quality and more consistent finishing results.

Suitable for folding, print finishing and perfect binding applications, the TrueScore Pro system uses interchangeable scoring discs and female groove combinations to accommodate a wide range of paper and cover stock weights. The unique scoring action gently stretches the material into the female groove, helping to prevent toner and coating cracks that are common with conventional scoring methods.

The 30mm kit is commonly fitted to folding machines equipped with 30mm slitting shafts and can be supplied with replacement scoring discs, collars and spare parts from UK stock.
