Palletizing systems
The extreme care in product handling is a common feature of all Solema end-of-line solutions. Our automatic palletizers are designed to orderly arrange books’ piles, magazines’ piles or even boxes on pallets: goods are immediately ready for shipping thanks to the detailed personalization of each job receipt. MiniPluton, Pluton and SuperPluton are the most compact palletizers on the market.
PLUTON
PLUTON can be used to palletize: Hard and Soft cover books, sewn and glued bookblocks, magazines, catalogues and phone directories, shrink wrapped piles or bundles, carton boxes, strapped / blocked signatures, newspapers.
Main characteristics of this machine are: the small footprint which allows its application even in very narrow places, the continuous jogging of the product during the different transition inside the machine, and simplicity of movements through linear transport. The palletizer is constructed on a main structure which, due to the compact dimensions, enables its transport as one piece.
The PLUTON is endowed with a timing station at the entrance, an accumulating conveyor, automatic storage for empty pallets and an automatic device for feeding of the slip-sheets.

MINI-PLUTON
Compact, flexible and user friendly, the MINI PLUTON is the ideal palletizer for end of line automation, the machines small foot print makes installation possible even in the most confined areas. The MINI PLUTON design enables it to run every type of product including loose, strapped, shrink wrapped or boxed products.
Product enters the machine via the built in buffer / timing conveyor and turning station, here the product is spaced and turned to the correct orientation depending on the row / layer formation required.

SUPER PLUTON
SUPER PLUTON is an high speed palletizer studied to suit with any production line where the product output have a range between 35 and 40 piles per minute. The machine design in all his parts ensures proper handling of different type of products coming from a high speed line (i.e. binder with 2 trimmers). The products can be loose, strapped, shrink wrapped or in boxes and the pallet magazine and pallet transport through the machine are designed to handle virtually any type of pallet size and configuration.
